Financial Policy at Dental Arts Group

We believe in the importance of quality dental care and strive to provide the best dental treatment possible. We also understand the financial limitations that influence your choice of care. While we are not participating providers, we will send in your insurance claims for you on the day of your visit. We will also send in pre-treatment estimates for you on large cases to help you realize your individual cost for treatment.

We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. The dentist, not the insurance company, is trained in diagnosing and treating dental disease. We will do our best to help you but we will not compromise your dental health by doing only what your insurance company feels is the least costly alternative treatment. Dental insurance can be helpful when paying for dental treatment but your health care should not be determined by the insurance company.

Forms of payment accepted by our office include cash, check, all major credit cards and Care Credit which offfers you "no interest" payment plans. We also offer our senior citizens a 10% discount. For large cases, an individual payment schedule may be set up with our business manager, with one third expected on the day that treatment is started. Should your insurance company make payment directly to you, the subscriber, then we will ask you to pay in full at the time of your visit.

Cancellations: if you are unable to keep your appointment, please call us as soon as possible so we can use that time for another patient. We realize there are emergencies which are not predictable. However, if repeated cancellations occur without sufficient notice, a fee of $25.00 will be charged.

We hope that you find this information useful. Rest assured that we are here to help make quality dental care obtainable for all. We look forward to working with you to achieve excellent dental health.
